平常，我們會聽到拖延，會使我們浪費時間，所以要防止拖延馬上行動，
而我也是拖延的一分子，不過我發現，拖延不是浪費時間原因，而是結果。

我時間寫了一首詩：
　　「時間不會因為你是某某，而給你多一些或少一些，
　　　　但時間會因為你不珍惜，在身擦而過被拒諸門外。
　　　　　猶豫是浪費時間的原因，拖延是浪費時間的結果，
　　　　　　相信會使時間增添意義，行動才發揮時間的價值。」
